Deliveries

Shipping times are as follows:

• In stock: 24 to 48 hours.
• • Available in our central warehouses: 7 days. Usually ships within a week.
• Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday, with the exception of public holidays. Delivery time is between 1 and 5 working days after shipment.
• No deliveries are made on Saturdays or Sundays or on public holidays in any particular area. All products purchased from Nadia Duka are delivered using internationally acclaimed courier companies.

Returns

We want you to be completely happy with every purchases you make on our website! If for any reason the item isn’t right for you, you can request a free return within 15 days of receiving your order. Its easy:

1.  Send us an email or message us on any of our social networks. Mention your order number. and the reason for your return.
2.  Attach the return label (including in your package) to the outside of the box. if you didn't receive a label, contact us - we'll send you a new one

You can request a return if:

1.  There is a manufacturing defect;
2.  You need a different size 

If the size you chose doesn’t fit, our support team will help you find the right one and arrange an exchange quickly

If the reason is different:
We won’t be able to accept the return, but we can relist your items on our website. Once it’s sold , we’ll credit the amount back to your account.
