Credit Card: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, and prepaid cards. Your card will be charged once each shipment is dispatched. To make future shopping easier, NdQue offers a Quick Purchase feature, allowing you to securely save your card details.

PayPal: Shop online conveniently without entering your card details on our site.
If your order includes only items sold directly by NdQue, payment will be processed upon order confirmation.
If your order includes products from both NdQue and our partners, the payment will be processed when each item is shipped.

Cash on Delivery: Available for purchases up to €500. Please ensure you have the exact amount in cash as shown in your shipping confirmation email. Couriers cannot provide change or accept checks.
For refunds, you’ll need to provide a bank or postal account within the country where the order was placed.
