1. General Principles

 

Nadia Duka builds its distribution on a balance of openness to new partners and strict control of brand presentation. We value the trust of our wholesale clients and offer flexible cooperation, while ensuring the high standards of a premium fashion house.

 

2. Access to Collections

  • Wholesale orders can be placed through official showrooms, international trade shows (e.g. Who’s Next Paris), or directly via our sales department.
  • Minimum order to open cooperation: 10 pieces or 3 full looks per collection.
  • Capsule drops (scarves, accessories, limited lines) are available with lower MOQ.

 

3. Pricing & Discounts

  • Recommended Retail Price (RRP) is defined by the brand and must be respected by all partners.
  • Seasonal discounts are allowed only during the official SALE period announced by the brand.
  • Early markdowns, unauthorized sales, or outlet distribution are strictly prohibited.

 

4. Payment Terms

  • 30% deposit upon order confirmation.
  • Balance payment before shipment or Net 30 terms for established clients.
  • All payments must be made to the official corporate account.

 

5. Visual Presentation & Merchandising

  • Collections must be displayed in a premium area of the boutique.
  • The brand provides visual materials, lookbooks, and fabric cards.
  • Original Nadia Duka labels and packaging must be used at all times; logo use must follow brand guidelines.

 

6. Online & Distribution

  • Online sales are permitted only with prior approval from the brand.
  • Resale through third-party marketplaces (e.g. Amazon, eBay) is prohibited without written authorization.

 

7. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted only in case of a proven production defect.
  • Exchanges may be granted up to 10% of the order volume, subject to approval.

 

8. Exclusivity

  • Store or city exclusivity can be granted based on order volume.
  • Exclusivity must be formalized in a separate agreement.

 

9. Brand Control & Reputation

  • Nadia Duka reserves the right to suspend cooperation in case of policy violations.

In case of breach (incorrect pricing, improper display, unauthorized discounts), the brand may recall the collection
